These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mixing It With Brains website and the digital products we sell. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Mixing It With Brains is a United States based business that sells digital curriculum and printable resources delivered as PDF downloads. In these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Mixing It With Brains.

Products and digital delivery

Our products are digital goods. After a successful purchase, you receive access to download the files. It is your responsibility to download and save your files. We recommend keeping a backup copy.

License and acceptable use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it within your own household or, where the product allows, your co-op or classroom. You may print copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or post our files online, and you may not claim them as your own work. We retain all intellectual property rights in our products.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in United States dollars and may change over time. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting a purchase, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded. As a reasonable courtesy, we offer a 14-day refund window for purchases that have not been downloaded or otherwise accessed. To request a refund within that window, email lauren@bodnar.sh with your order details. Refunds are not available after a product has been downloaded.

Newsletter and communications

If you sign up for our newsletter or request a free resource, you agree to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

Disclaimer

Our products are educational resources provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee of any particular learning outcome. You are responsible for how you use the materials with your students.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Third-party services

We rely on third-party services, including Stripe for payments and Formspree for forms. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
